NJ Turf Cup

Dates June 11th - 12th, 2011. Location Tuckahoe Turf Farm, 608 Fleming Pike, Hammonton, New Jersey, 08037. Registration Teams are to register 1 hour prior to their first game of the tournament at the Tournament Directors tent located at the Tuckahoe Turf Farm. The following documentation is to be presented to the tournament director at registration: State Association or US Club Soccer approved roster plus a copy of that roster to submit.Player cards for each player, including guest players. Non-Notarized medical release for each player, including guest player.The medical release forms must be signed within the last 12 months. State Association approved permission to travel form if required from your governing state office. Please add any guest players to the bottom of your roster. Rosters & Guest Players  U11 - U17 (Full-sided) - Maximum 18 players. U8 - U10 (Small-sided) - Maximum 14 players. A team may use no more than (3) guest players, which must be approved by the Tournament Director at registration.
