CROSSROADS CUP 2012

CROSSROADS CUP 2012 Soccer Tournament   We are looking forward to a great tournament this weekend!  We wish all good luck and safe travels!   Please remember that during check-in, each team must present the following for verification (at leaset one hour prior to first match):   An approved team roster. A medical release form (available at www.lsa-soccer.org). USYS laminated, signed, and league registrar approved player passes for each player. If traveling from outside of Louisiana, an approved USYS travel permit.   A maximum of 3 guest players are permitted (but you must not exceed your official roster size). Additionally, all player passes must be presented to the referee prior to the start of each match.
