Should play be suspended, have players seek shelter (arrange for a team communication system in advance), then have ONE representative come to the Site HQ fifteen minutes after play was suspended, for further instruction. A Weather Hotline may also be set up at 732-432-7200 if necessary, with oral updates regarding playing fields and conditions. Do NOT leave messages, they will not be monitored during the weekend.
