Saginaw Soccer Classic

Welcome to the web site for the Saginaw Soccer Classic XVIII. Dates for this year's even is October 7,8 & 9, 2011. The tournament is for all "travel" or "select" teams, however, we will consider "recreation" teams to fill brackets. We feature some of the best fields in the midwest at our 21 field complex recently selected to host the USYSA Region II Championships. There is plenty to do off the pitch for all - loads of shopping and restaurants within 5 miles of the complex, Bay City State Park, Lake Haithco nearby, the number two tourist area in the state just a half hour away in Frankenmuth and the outlet mall in nearby Birch Run.    This site will provide you with the opportunity to apply to the tournament. The deadline for applications is September 24, 2011.   Costs are: U9 & U10 - $ 300, U11 & U12 - $350 and U13-U19 - $400. Individual trophies are awarded in the U13 and up divisions while USYSA rules allow us to award a 1st and 2nd place TEAM trophy to the winning and 2nd place teams in all U9 - U12 divisions.
