2010 Ajax United Fall Invitational

2010 Ajax United Fall Invitational September 25 and 26th, 2010   Schedules are posted on the bottom of this event page.  Please go to the bottom of this page to find.   Age Groups: Boys U12 to U14 and Girls U12 to U19 Unrestricted US Club sanctioned event open to all USSF affiliated teams.  Non-US Club teams must purchase separate tournament insurance at a cost of $ 50 per team. 3 games guaranteed and 3 guest players permitted   Games to be played at Mistlin Soccer Complex in Ripon.   Credential Check-In   Friday September 24, 2010 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm Modesto Youth Soccer Association 4459 Spyres Ave, Ste A Modesto Ca 95356   CYSA teams must provide proof of US Club tournament insurance no later than September 20th.   Each US Club rostered team must provide the following:   1.  Official US Club roster dated no earlier than September 20, 2010 2.  US Club player passes for 2010-2011 3.  US Club medical/registration form with original signature 4.  Guest players must have player loan forms signed by officials from both clubs and copy sent to US Club   Forms can be found on US Club website.  www.usclubsoccer.org   Each CYSA rostered team must provide the following:   1.  Official CYSA roster (golden rod) 2.  Proof of tournament insurance provided by US Club 3. CYSA player passes for 2010-2011 4.  CYSA medical/registration (1601) form with original signature 5. Teams using hotel rooms are required to obtain them from our approved hotels, using the group reservation procedure established by Ajax United Fall Invitational Committee and Sport Teams Accommodation.
