MANCHESTER CITY: Its moves and training

Within the combination game played by Pellegrini's team, we observe a clear trend towards progression in the game through arrivals along the wing. Always using all its resources, whether it be the full-backs or the players in the third line, they provide the team with width on both wings and undertake heavy physical exertion to ensure that  such presence is always done with at least two players, with the clear objective of reaching the goal-line . Here we discuss the moves of the Chilean coach of Manchester City and their training. If the winger comes inside to create numerical superiority, it will be the full-back that will join the attack on the outside. If instead the winger remains wide, it will be the full-back who either running or taking the ball will occupy the central channels. But this is not immediate, the width does not just have as its objective the movement of the ball from side to side, the crosses from the full-backs, arrivals with pass back are his calling card, and these are also the most difficult to counter by opposing defences .

Report: Crystal Dunn enters the ´Club of 5´

The American player made history with the national team, by scoring five goals in the 10-0 win over Puerto Rico. Dunn joins Michelle Akers, Brandi Chastain, Sydney Leroux, Tiffeny Milbrett, Abby Wambach and Amy Rodriguez as the only other players to achieve this. At the age of just 23, Crystal Dunn has fully entered into the history books of the American women's soccer team. Dunn will never forget the match on February 15 this year against Puerto Rico, a game in which the Washington Spirit player scored five of the 10 goals netted by her team, in the 2016 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship.

Structuring of training sessions depending on the Match Plan. Typical week in Professional Women's Football.

The design of exercises is an arduous task that requires ingenuity and is greatly facilitated when the fundamentals to work on are defined correctly. In each exercise we design, we must respect the internal logic of the game and recreate a context that is recognizable as being part of real match play (Tamarit, X. 2007).Therefore rules of prohibition, which outline which zones are prohibited to players, puts limits on the number passes or touches that can be made by a player etc., do not create an approximation to the behavior that I want to encourage in the team. As through these rules of prohibition, we are limiting the means and tools available to our players, which does not exist in real match play.
