In recent years, the Colorado Showcase has emerged as the premier college showcase in the Rocky Mountain Region, but in 2008 our notoriety went well beyond our region with participating teams coming from as far east as Georgia and as far west as California, Oregon and Washington, as far north as Montana and Minnesota and as far south as Texas and Arizona -- not to mention many states in between!
Of the 140 participating teams in 2008, 70 came from outside of Colorado. In addition, the very top talent making up the select and exclusive field brought over 150 college coaches from all college divisions from all over the country. The ODP/State Cup Finalist Division in all age groups continues to offer college coaches an amazing opportunity to see the nation's best talent in the fabulous setting of Denver, Colorado, at a perfect time of the year. In addition, teams get an opportunity very early in the summer to play top competition as they start their traditional training time or preparation for regional competition one month later.
The Elite and Premier divisions offer great players to round out any college roster, too. Whether you are a team coach or a college coach, please come to Colorado over Memorial Day 2009 for the best and brightest soccer competition in the nation!
