3rd Annual McLean Premier Tournament 2013 - Girls U9 - U12

McLean Youth Soccer Association and adidas are pleased to announce the 3nd Annual McLean Premier Soccer Tournament will be held for elite and premier girls travel teams aged U9 through U12 the weekend of March 16-17, 2013.   MYS and adidas are committed to the vision that this tournament will quickly become a prominent fixture on the travel schedules for elite teams throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Throughout the year, our tournament will welcome elite and premier level travel teams from age groups U9 – U19. In order to ensure that matches can be played on premium surfaces, small-sided play for younger age groups (U9-U12) will be held over two weekends in March 2013 and full-sided play for older age groups (U13-U19) will be held over Labor Day Weekend 2013.   In 2011 and 2012, play was held at the Maryland Soccerplex and all matches were played. The tournament has been created with an eye toward ensuring elite levels of play at all age groups, reflected in our commitment to providing top quality fields, competition, referees, and organization. The size of the tournament will be limited to ensure that the most competitive brackets can be created and to create the highest possible level of access to tournament play of all-weather fields. The historic and highly attractive National Capital Region will ensure an unforgettable experience for visiting teams, with tournament soccer fields only a few miles from the center of Washington D.C.
