Horsham, PA October 10-12th, 2014 Girls U8-U15 Welcome to the 4th Annual Ukrainian Nationals Columbus Cup Tournament Oct. 10-12! This year come and join the Regions fastest growing all girls Premier level tournament for age groups U8 thru U15. With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, come and play in a tournament that is above the game itself. Play for a purpose, we donate a portion of our proceeds to the cause.

Fourth Annual Soccer Tournament Friday to Sunday October 10th- 12th, 2014 Ukrainian American Sport Center  Lower State Road in Horsham, PA.    ** Scroll to Bottom of page for Schedules & Scores. **   Roster* Guest Players** Games  (Minimum of 3) Preliminary Games Championship Games Fees U8 only 8 v 8 format 14 players Maximum of 3 25-minute halves 1 Referee 3 Referees $300 U9 through U12  8 v 8 format 14 players Maximum of 3 25-minute halves 1 Referee 3 Referees $500  U12 through U15 11 v 11 format 18 players Maximum of 5 30-minute halves 3 Referees 3 Referees $600 *Rosters will be final upon check-in on.   Each player may only play for one team during the tournament. **Guest players must be the same age (or younger) than the team they are participating on, as determined by their birth year.   Make your plans now to join us for a great weekend of soccer! We do accept Credit Cards for payment. ** ELIGIBILITY - All players (including guest players) must have:  A current, validated player pass; A medical release form from the appropriate soccer association they are participating with in the Tournament (EPYSA direct player registration is available online).  Foreign clubs are not eligible.  Primary player passes required, no secondary player passes allowed. REGISTRATION - Friday night for ALL teams for those teams that do not e-Register.   NO EXCEPTIONS.  Coach or Manager may register the team.
