Dick's Sporting Goods Westchester Cup (2004-2007 Teams)

Coaches and Managers- Thank you for participating in the inaugural Westchester Cup Tournament!  We expect it to be a fun and competitive event. Complete tournament rules can be found at wyslsoccer.org under Westchester Cup heading.  Please familiarize yourselves with them.  A couple of highlights 1-Each team guaranteed 3 matches.  Two played in fall/one in spring followed by playoffs.  Cup dates for fall are 9/23, 10/21 and rain date of 11/18.  Matches should be played on Saturdays or weekdays so as not to interfere with league play.  We ask that first match be completed by end of September and second be completed by end of October. The home team is responsible to provide the field and schedule the game using GotSoccer.  Your matches have been generated and can be found in your GotSoccer account so you can begin this process! 2-Game line up cards and medical releases must be brought to each match 3-Each team must have US Club passes (all WYSL teams have these).  Teams without these passes will need to have them created at WYSL office at a nominal additional cost-please notify me 4-Referees will be paid in cash on field at start of match.  Both teams to split in half.  This is a 3 man system so fees for U11/12 are $95 per match and U13/14 are $117.  Referees are instructed to contact the home coach to confirm attendance no later than 24 hours prior to the match. 5-First match must be scheduled by 9/16.  Please contact opponent to agree upon day/time and then enter your field, scheduled day/time of match through GotSoccer. 6-Home team should enter scores after matches through GotSoccer.
