Welcome to the IMG College Showcase, a National and International tournament hosted for boys & girls elite soccer teams. Located at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, the IMG College Showcase will provide the very best field and facility services available for players, coaches, and parents in the United States. Competition will be premium and based at the world's best multi-sport campus. Each team will experience our professional environment that has developed professionals in many sports. Competition begins with Morning or Afternoon Games with Kick-off's scheduled no later than 3:30 pm Saturday: Morning Game or Afternoon Game                   Sunday: Morning Game or Afternoon Game  Important Dates  January 14: Applications Due January 24: Initial Acceptances sent out  February 12: Final Day to Purchase Online Check-in and upload all necessary documents  March 1: Team Check in - All teams are mandated to check-in unless they have elected online check-in and 1st day of Competition March 2: 2nd day of Competition March 3: 3rd day of Competition       Divisions U15 Boys / Girls U16 Boys / Girls U17 Boys / Girls U18 Boys / Girls U19 Boys / Girls      Registration Information The entry fee for the 2019 IMG Showcase is: $900 per team. The deadline to register is January 14th, 2019. All teams must submit an application form to gain entry into the tournament. IMG Academy Soccer Program & Tournament Board will review all applications once they are considered complete with payment and notify the team of its status as soon as possible. Team registration is through GotSoccer.com.   CLICK HERE TO APPLY FOR THE TOURNAMENT    Upon submitting an application into the tournament, team entry fees are due along with the application in order to consider your application complete for the committee to review. Entry fees are non-refundable once the team has been accepted and must be paid via credit card with GotSoccer or by mailing a check.  In the event a team must withdraw from the tournament, notify the IMG Academy Soccer Program Tournament Board in writing at least 30 days prior to the tournament date, and you will be allowed to transfer your entry fee to a future IMG Academy soccer program event. If a team withdraws within 30 days of the tournament, the team will not be able to receive a refund. All schedule request and coaching conflict information must be submitted to Gregory Abdallah via email along with submission of application into the tournament. Every team participating must book through our travel agency, HBC. Please ensure all rosters are up to date in got soccer as we will be using those rosters to create game reports. A list of college coaches that will be in attendance at a later date.   College Coaches and Scouts must register through got soccer by clicking here!      Guest Players Athletes that are interested in participating in the 2018 IMG College Showcase as a guest player, should register with the link below. Accepted teams will have access to this list and will reach out to the athlete directly if they are in need of an additional player.  Team Managers once accepted feel free to log in to your GotSoccer account click on the IMG College Showcase event and select the guest player tab.  All guest players must be included on the state roster and GotSoccer roster and carry all the same documentation listed below. In addition each guest player will need their permission form from their host club. Additional documentation needed will be the athletes player pass and their own club/team medical release form.   Guest Players can register to our player pool by clicking here!      Registration Needs & Online Check in Information IMG Academy is pleased to offer online check in for the 2018 IMG College Showcase. All documents will have to be uploaded via GotSoccer and there will be a cost of $25.00 which can be paid by check or credit card. More information will follow in future emails. If teams choose to apply online all documents and fees must be paid no later then Monday February 13th.  On site Team check in will take place on Friday, March 1st and is mandatory for all teams! Check-in will open at 8:30am. Only one team representative has to be present but must bring the following items for all team members:  Every player must provide a player card. Every player and coach from your team must submit both pages of the IMG Academy waiver prior to participating at the IMG College Showcase. Click here for a PDF version of that waiver.  Every player and coach from your team must provide a signed medical release form from their club.  Every team representative must bring five copies of your US Club or State approved official roster.  One roster will be turned in at registration while the other four will be stamped at check-in and turned in at the beginning of your three matches. The names on the roster must match the names on the player cards, waivers, and medical release forms. Please note all non US Club and out of state teams will need to obtain a permission to travel form from the state governing association.  *Please come prepared with all necessary information and forms organized in alphabetical order to ensure a quick and easy check-in process.*      Parking Information Parking will be charged at $10 a day or $30 for an All tournament pass.  We will offer an online pre-event special for a discounted rate of $25 through our store on Gotsoccer. This will be the only way to purchase parking passes with a credit card.  PLEASE NOTE ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SITE. Parking passes can be purchased in advance with a credit card through our store at gotsoccer and will be mailed prior to the event. All advance purchases must be made no later than Monday, February 18th. All parking passes sold online will be mailed out on Wednesday February 20th. To avoid long waiting times for parking, teams are highly encouraged to pre purchase parking passes and cars will not be allowed to drop off players at the fields prior to parking.      Chair Rental Service The 2019 IMG College Showcase is proud to partnered with Hamilton's Concession to provide a chair rental service. Reserve Online, Pick-Up At Event, Sit Back, Relax  & Observe They will offer the following: - Chairs w/Canopy (Weight Capacity 225 lbs.) - Chairs w/o Canopy  (Weight Capacity 325 lbs.)  - Child’s Chair(s) w/o Canopy (Weight Capacity 125 lbs.) $7.00 per day per chair, no refunds due to in-climate weather.  Hamilton’s Concessions, LLC will charge your credit card the full amount for rental at the time of reservation.   Cash payments are accepted at the event with a driver’s license or credit card hold. Trace films using an automated camera from an elevated height to provide the optimal view for players, coaches and recruiters.
