This tournament is set for the younger players U8 to U16. (U8s play U9 7v7 rules). It is one of the most competitive international tournaments in the world for younger players. There are multiple divisions per age group for all skill levels. Each team is guaranteed three 60 minute matches. The tournament is played on some of the best, world-class fields constructed for soccer by the City of Las Vegas. The tournament also utilizes soccer complexes built exclusively for soccer. Coaches with two teams will have their schedules deconflicted during group stage matches. The tournament has online credentials check. Las Vegas has extremely easy and affordable airport access from most of the USA and offers an entire array of Hotel/Motel opportunities. The Mayor’s Cup is a “Stay & Play” Tournament. All teams are required to book hotel rooms through Traveling Teams Inc. Traveling Teams Inc. has negotiated special discounted rates for all visiting teams for hotels at most price points. Unlike other Las Vegas Tournaments, neither LV Mayor’s Cup nor Traveling Teams Inc. mark-up hotel prices to the participating teams. Traveling Teams Inc. guarantees the lowest advertised team room rate available for the dates of the LV Mayor’s Cup.
