The deadline for entry is Friday September 14, 2018. The IMG Cup Tournament Board will review all applications and notify
the team of its status as soon as possible. All applications submitted after
the deadline will be added to the waiting list.
Team applications must be submitted through GotSoccer.com as teams will earn
GotSoccer points and rankings for attending IMG Cup.
Stay to Play Requirement:
The 2018 IMG Cup is a "stay-and-play" tournament. Every
team participating must either stay at the IMG Legacy Hotel, on IMG Academies Campus or book through our travel agency, HBC. All teams will be required to fill out the housing survey to
indicate their accommodations and secure their spot in the tournament. A convenient way to meet your
housing requirements is to stay in our On-Campus Housing, please see below.

IMG Cup is a "stay-and-play" tournament. Every team participating

Parking Information
All vehicles including coaches are required to purchase a parking pass:
Parking will be charged at $10 a day or $30 for an All tournament pass. We will offer an online pre event special for a discounted rate of $25 through
our store on Gotsoccer. This will be the only way to purchase parking passes with a credit card.
PLEASE NOTE ONLY CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SITE.
Parking passes can be purchased in advance with a credit card through
our store at gotsoccer and will be mailed prior to the event. All advance purchases must be made no later than Wednesday, December 5th and mailed out shortly after.
Parking Passes will also be available for purchase at tournament check in on Thursday December 20.
To avoid long waiting times for parking, teams are highly encouraged to pre-purchase parking passes and will not be allowed to drop off players at the fields prior to parking.
College Coaches
Over
100 College coaches from around the United States and professional
scouts consider IMG Academy soccer program as a premier academy to develop
and host soccer programs. IMG Cup will offer the very best competition and the
opportunity for coaches and scouts to view talented players from around the
world.
To
ensure your team's players get exposure to college coaches, please ensure
detailed information regarding your athletes is recorded in your got
soccer roster by the end of day on Friday, December 14th. We will use that
roster to build our college coach recruiting packets which will be distributed
on site.
A list of college
coaches that will be in attendance will be posted at a later date.

Required Documents and Check in Information
Each team must ensure their rosters are up to date in Gotsoccer.com.
These Rosters will be used to create game reports and college profile books.
To ensure your team's players get exposure to college coaches, please ensure all additional information is added to you roster on Gotsoccer.com. This information will be used to create college coach recruiting packets which will be distributed on site.
Every player and coach from your team must complete a IMG Academy waiver prior
to participating at the IMG Cup. Click here for a PDF version of
that waiver. The team
manager must bring all copies to the on-site registration.
Team
check-in is mandatory for all teams and will take place on Thursday,
December 20th or complete online check-in.
Only
one team representative has to be present for onsite check-in. He/she must
bring the following items for all team members:
- Teams must provide a certified state-approved tournament roster from the team's State Organization along with four additional copies (five total).
- Player identification cards with
photo-attached must be verified and laminated. (If your association
does not allow lamination, cards must be encased in plastic sleeves.)
Player cards must be presented to officials before every game.
- GotSoccer.com
rosters
will not be accepted at check-in, but must mirror your state's approved
roster.
- One roster will be turned in at registration while
the other four will be stamped at check-in and turned in at the beginning
of your three matches.
- The names on the roster must match the names on the
player cards, waivers and medical release forms.
- Every player and coach from your team must submit
both pages of the IMG Academy waiver prior to

- Every team must provide a signed medical
release form (copies are acceptable).
- All teams will be required to fill out the following housing survey to indicate their accommodations and
secure their spot in the tournament.
- Out-of-state teams must obtain a permission
to travel form and must present it at check-in.
- Our tournament is sanctioned by U.S.
Club
- Please come prepared with all necessary information
and forms organized in alphabetical order to ensure a quick and easy
check-in process.
- Foreign
teams must have a completed form from its provincial or national
association approving the team's participation in the tournament as well
as proof of medical insurance

Player Pool
We

All guest players will need to register in to the guest player pool and assigned to a team in order to appear on the got soccer roster. In addition any club that utilizes guest players must provide the player loan form from their home club, as well as their club medical release, player pass and IMG Waiver.

Goalkeeping Showcase
Please join
us for the chance to showcase your specialized skills through a technical training
program lead by IMG Academy Director of Goalkeeping, Peter Mellor and
Assistant Director of Goalkeeping, Matt Brown
Details:
Goalkeepers
will have an opportunity to run through a series or training stations over the
period of an hour that will allow college coaches to truly evaluate
goalkeepers technical, physical and psychological ability in an individualized and focused
environment.
Our events
provide a world-class venue to play in front of dozens of college coaches
from the top programs in the United States, including the likes of Wake Forest,
Penn State, UNC, Duke, Seton Hall, Furman, Davidson, NC State, University of
South Florida, University of Tampa, Wisconsin and West Virginia.
The United
States Soccer Association National youth team program will also
be represented at the goalkeeping showcase.
Outline:
Showcase
sessions will run for 1 hour. We will offer 3 sessions with the times to be
determined. There will be two sessions scheduled midday on Friday and one
midday on Saturday. We will schedule the sessions with games in mind so that all
of the goalkeepers will enjoy the opportunity to participate.
