- Boys: 2012, 2011, 2010 - Sunday, January 15th.
- Girls: 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 - Monday, January 16th.
- 3 Games plus Finals (for qualifying teams).
- Format 5v5.
- 3 Professional USSF futsal courts.
- Registration Fee: $375/team.(weather related makeups could take place on Monday, January 16th)
