2013 Girls Austin Labor Day Cup

  Welcome - Join us for the 12th Annual Austin Labor Day Cup (ALDC) in beautiful Central Texas - a NIKE Premier Event. Note: NO team is accepted until the registration fee has been received and processed. 2013  Important Event Information This tournament represents an excellent opportunity for U11-U19 boys and girls teams to prepare for their various fall competitions. As a "tune-up" for the fall season and the new soccer year, this will be your chance to evaluate new players and teams against stiff competition. We invite teams of all competitive levels to participate and we will make every attempt to fill each competitive level to ensure that everyone is challenged. We are offering both 8v8 and 11v11 for the U12 age division only.    U11's will play 8v8 only.   There will be no U10 teams accepted into this event. We are asking for all teams registering to identify their current playing age. Teams will be placed into the flights of competition by the tournament competition committee. Please provide sufficient information in the "Team History" section of the online registration system to allow the correct placement. There will be as many as 4 flights with the following names in this order -Premier, Gold, Silver and Bronze.  Awards are presented to Champions and Finalists in each flight. All teams will play "round robin" or "crossover" within each flight with advancement games. Flights with 5 teams will play round robin with Champions and Finalist based on points.  Crossover flights will advance to a final game on Sunday afternoon.  The teams with the top 2 highest scores will advance to the final match. The following information is to assist you with travel plans and hotel arrangements: The first kick-offs may begin as early as 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Championships will kick off at 9 am on Monday. All teams will play 2 games Saturday and at least 1 game Sunday.
