Bring Medical Releases to the fields for all tournament games. Do not email Medical Releases. Academy Teams, email (pdf) of an Academy Tournament Roster, dated and signed by your Home Association Registrar for this event. Travel Teams, email (pdf) of Permission to Travel. Limited check-in at the fields, must check-in before your first game. Entry Fee is due within 5 days of making an Application.
