Florida Cup 2016

The Florida Cup is US Club Soccer’s state championship event for U-12 through U-18/19 boys and girls age groups. In 2015, the Florida Cup began in March with preliminary-round games and progressed to May 9-10 in Ocala, Fla., for championship matches. The event was co-sponsored by Ocala Stampede and Marion County Sports Commission. The 2016 Championship matches will be co-sponsored by the IMG Academy. Application link is available below FORMAT: All ages play single-elimination, 11 vs. 11 format, with all games prior to the semifinals to be hosted by the higher seeds in each pairing as determined by a seeding committee. Games will be scheduled by participating teams. Tournament fees include a team fee of $275, and referee fees will split between teams, or paid by the home team if travel is more than two hours.
