2017 IMG College Showcase - Boy's & Girls

Welcome to the IMG College Showcase, a National and International tournament hosted for boys elite  soccer teams. Located at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, the IMG College Showcase will provide the very best field and facility services available for players, coaches, and parents in the United States. Competition will be premium and based at the world's best multi-sport campus. Each team will experience our professional environment that has developed professionals in many sports. Format 3 day showcase with 1 game per day Friday: Check in opens at 8:30 am. Competition begins with Morning Game and Afternoon Games with Kick-off's schedule no later than 3:30pm Saturday: Morning Game or Afternoon Game                   Sunday: Morning Game or Afternoon Game Divisions U15 Boys / Girls U16 Boys / Girls U17 Boys / Girls U18 Boys / Girls U19 Boys / Girls Hotels IMG Cup is a "stay-and-play" tournament. Their phone centers are open Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm MST.  All teams will be required to fill out the following  housing survey to indicate their accommodations and secure their spot in the tournament. IMG Academy offers convenient housing onsite that is great for teams and families.  Housing includes full kitchen, laundry room, free parking, Wifi, cable TV, lines, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner.   For special rates and availability, please email teamtraining@img.com or call 1-800-872-6425. Rosters and College Coaches To ensure your team's players get exposure to college coaches, please ensure detailed information regarding your athletes is recorded in your got soccer roster by the end of day on Friday, February 24th. We will use that roster to build our college coach recruiting packets which will be distributed on site.  Also please ensure all rosters are up to date in got soccer as we will be using those rosters to create game reports. Registration Needs NEW FOR 2017: IMG Academy is pleased to offer online check in for the 2017 IMG College Showcase. All documents will have to be uploaded via gotsoccer and there will be a cost of $25.00 which can be paid by check or credit card. More information will follow in future emails. If teams choose to apply online all documents and fees must be paid no later then Monday February 13th. On site Team check in will take place on Friday, March 3rd and is mandatory for all teams! Check-in will open at 8:30am. Only one team representative has to be present but must bring the following items for all team members:  Every player must provide a player card. Every player and coach from your team must submit both pages of the IMG Academy waiver prior to participating at the IMG Cup. Click here for a PDF version of that waiver.  Every player and coach from your team must provide a signed medical release form.  Click here for a PDF version of our medical release form or you can provide copies of your own form. Every team representative must bring five copies of your states approved official roster.  One roster will be turned in at registration while the other four will be stamped at check-in and turned in at the beginning of your three matches. The names on the roster must match the names on the player cards, waivers, and medical release forms. All non U.S. Club teams please obtain the permission to travel form and must present it at check-in. In the event your state association does not approve your travel, please register as a U.S. Club event team. Our tournament is a U.S. Club sanctioned Event. *Please come prepared with all necessary information and forms organized in alphabetical order to ensure a quick and easy check-in process.* Parking Information  All vehicles including coaches are required to purchase a parking pass: Parking will be charged at $5 a day or $15 All tournament pass. Parking passes can be purchased in advanced through https://events.gotsport.com/events/store.aspx?EventID=54806 and will be mailed prior to the event. All advanced purchases must be made no later than Monday February 20th. Please leave ample amount of time to enter the facility prior to your scheduled game time. To avoid long waiting times for parking, teams are highly encouraged to pre purchase parking passes and will not be allowed to drop off players at the fields prior to parking. .
