Retail booths, and more concessions are planned to make your days      at the field more enjoyable.     Format/Scheduling/Bracketing:  All teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.  There will be a Gold, Silver and Bronze division where the number of participating teams permits such a          format.  Brackets will be populated based on past performance, age of players and other factors in order to create a competitive bracket and is at the discretion of the tournament committee.  The Tournament committee reserves the right to combine age groups as necessary. The Tournament committee reserves the right to combine gender groups as necessary. The tournament is not responsible for registration forms filled out incorrectly.     Team numbers are limited so get your registrations in quickly. Teams will be accepted in the order they were     received. You will be notified if you are accepted or if we have placed you on a waiting list. Payments must       be received by September 22, 2016 or team will be removed from tournament.     All 1st and 2nd place teams will receive awards.      We will also be handing out a Sportsmanship medal to each team to give to a player from an opposing team    that demonstrates fair play, respect for opponents, coaches and referees, and gracious behavior in                  winning or losing.      Locations:      CCHS South Campus:  4001 Saunders Blvd Gillette, Wy      Bicentennial Park:        420 East Warlow Drive Gillette, Wy          Documents:        Tournament Rules (amended 10/07/2016):   Click Here      Additional applicable per team fee may apply for all non –USYS teams in addition to the       below tournament fees. If special check-in arrangements are needed the coach must communicate those needs to the Tournament director prior to the commencement of the tournament.   Required Documents/Fees at Check In: §  Medical releases for every player §  2 copies of current year official roster from state affiliate §  Current year player cards for each player issued from the appropriate state affiliate §  State permission to travel papers from the proper state affiliate for non-Region IV   teams §  Guest player permissions from state affiliate §  $25 Applicable per team fee for all non –USYS teams   Note:  Guest players must be registered in the GotSoccer system and meet the WYS requirements.     •     Team roster including guest players cannot exceed the maximum roster size. No player may play on more than one team.   •     All player and coaches cards and approved rosters will be checked at the field prior to the start of each game.
