All teams MUST have updated roster in GotSoccer tournament event prior to check in deadline. Official rosters will be printed on game cards and only players on the game card will be allowed to dress out. 2. Official State Travel Permit - All Out of the State of Arkansas teams must present this document at check in. (contact your club registrar or state association for travel permit) US Club teams not included. 3. ORIGINAL State Official Laminated Photo Player Card PER Players/Coaches/Team Manager for 2017/18 Season 4. Club Pass is accepted and recommended if players are from same club.  **If your club does not utilize club pass, GUEST PLAYERS must be added to your GotSoccer team roster under the tournament event. U8 - 4v4 / U9 & U10 -7v7 / U11 & U12 - 9v9 /  U13+ 11v11       Note U8/U9 will enforce offsides subject to the refs discretion.
