US Club Soccer teams may only take guest players registered under US Club Soccer, and USYSA teams may only take guest players registered with properly stamped USYSA player pass cards. Club pass players are not considered guest players. No Heading for U9, U10, U11 and U12 Divisions. Build-Out line will be utilized in U9 and U10 divisions. Mercy rule at 8 goal margin.
