Vail Valley Cup 2020 - 7th Annual Cindy Eskwith Memorial Tournament

VVSC invites all CSA sanctioned event teams U11 through U15 boys and U11 through U19 girls teams to play soccer in the beautiful Vail Valley and surrounding area of Eagle County.  The 7th Annual Vail Valley Cup Cindy Eskwith Memorial Tournament will be held on October 2-4, 2020.  All teams will play a minimum of three games (weather permitting).  All teams will be expected to check in on Friday evening, October 2, 2020 at the Lionshead Welcome Center, 395 E. Lionshead Circle, Vail, CO. Your team rosters will be checked, verified and turned in at that point in time, therefore, do not be concerned with having a proper roster in the computer when applying for the tournament.   Bottom level of the Parking Structure  between 5:00 PM and 9:00 pm.  One representative from your club may check in multiple teams.  There will possibly be a few Friday night games; those teams will be notified of their schedule.  Games will begin on Saturday morning, starting at 7:45 AM for some and 9:00 for most.  All teams will be given permission by CSA to rearrange their league games to attend this Tournament as it is a Sanctioned Tournament.   Please register with confidence in these ever changing times.  Payments will not be processed until teams have been accepted. Our adjusted policies are as follows due to COVID-19.  August 11th will be the last day to register.  We will START accepting teams shortly after that date.  The LAST day to withdraw from the tournament and receive a full refund will be August 20th.  TEAMS will also receive a FULL refund if we are prevented from holding the tournament in October 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will not start accepting teams until the 14th of August.  Our tournament sells out every year. Please get your applications in early as we do take into account your application date when managing the acceptance process.                    PLEASE NOTE: SCHEDULES ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP CHECKING BACK FOR ANY MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR "ORIGINAL" SCHEDULE.
