2021 IMG Cup - Boys Invitational

IMG Cup December 18-20, 2021 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN.  REGISTER HERE   The IMG Cup continues to attract the nation’s top youth boys' soccer clubs and dozens of collegiate coaches for a premier three-day competitive tournament becoming the preferred destination for quality competition and collegiate exposure. Competition begins on Saturday, December 18, 2021 and ends Monday, December 20, 2021. Each competing team will play a single match daily. Awards will be presented to the top team in each flight immediately following the final match of the competition. Top teams will be determined by point accumulation in group play and will not feature playoff games. SCHEDULE OF EVENT AND IMPORTANT DATES Date Event Oct. 15 Applications Due Oct. 19 Initial Acceptances Received Nov. 30 Deadline for Payment Dec. 5 Deadline to Submit or Edit Team Rosters and Complete Check-In Deadline to Withdraw to Receive a Full Credit Toward a Future IMG Event Dec. 18 Day 1 of Competition Dec. 19 Day 2 of Competition Dec. 20 Day 3 of Competition    APPLICATION ENTRY FEE AND DEADLINES Entry fee is $1325.00 for U15 - U19 teams.  Entry fee is $925.00 for U13 - U14 teams.  Entry fees must be submitted with the application.   Team applications must be submitted through GotSoccer.com, as teams will earn GotSoccer points and rankings for attending the 2021 IMG Cup. Team applications will not be reviewed until an entry fee has been submitted. Entry fees may be paid with a credit card on GotSoccer.com (Note: each entry paid by Credit Card will accrue a 4% fee), or by mailing a check made out to IMG Academy Events Department, at the following address: IMG Academy Events Attention:  Tournament Committee 5500 34th Street West Bradenton, FL  34210 The deadline to apply is Friday, October 15, 2021. All applications submitted after this deadline will be placed on a waiting list. Teams placed on the waiting list will not be charged until they have been formally accepted.  It is the responsibility of the team manager or coach to withdraw the team application from the waiting list, if so desired. In the event a team must withdraw from the tournament after being accepted, written notification must be provided to the IMG Cup Tournament Committee prior to December 5, 2021. Upon approval, the team's entry fee will be applied to a future IMG Academy Event. If an accepted team chooses to withdraw from competition after the Withdrawal Deadline, a refund will not be provided. If an accepted team must withdraw from competition after the Withdrawal Deadline due to COVID-19, teams will be eligible for a credit for a future IMG Academy Event. If the event is canceled due to COVID-19, accepted teams will be eligible for a credit for a future IMG Academy Event. STAY-TO-PLAY REQUIREMENTS The 2021 IMG Cup is a STAY-TO-PLAY tournament.  All teams participating must stay at the IMG Legacy Hotel / an IMG-branded property / or book through our Official Travel Partner, Anthony Travel.      ANTHONY TRAVEL   For questions on booking accommodations please contact our Official Travel Partner, On Location at (844) 395-0697 or at IMGTravel@AnthonyTravel.com   COLLEGE COACHES / RECRUITING AGENTS Registration details for collegiate coaches and all other recruiting agents to come. A complied list of College Coaches and Recruiting Agents will be posted as competition nears.     **Teams: To ensure participating athletes are provided maximum exposure to college coaches and other recruiting agents in attendance at the 2021 IMG Cup, team managers must provide accurate player information through GotSoccer.com. This information will be used to create recruiting packets to be distributed onsite.        GAME FILM Official Game Film partner and polices to come. Each team manger must upload the following documents for each athlete: Medical Release Form Guest Player Form (if applicable) IMG Waiver and Release State Approved Roster Player Cards Deadline for Check-In: December 5, 2021 GUEST PLAYER POOL Athletes interested in registering as a member of the 2021 IMG Cup Guest Player Pool must submit an application through GotSoccer.com.
