The Comstock Shootout is northern Nevada's oldest soccer tournament. The tournament is held at the Pete Livermore Sports Complex in Carson City, Nevada. The open invitational tournament has boys and girls divisions from 9U through 19U in a variety of game formats and competitive divisions. Carson City, Nevada's capital, sits at the foot of the Sierras. With a friendly, small town feel and capital city amenities, it's a great place to stay during a tournament weekend. The natural beauty of Lake Tahoe is just ten miles away. Internationally renowned entertainment and gaming are available in nearby Reno and Lake Tahoe. When will this tournament take place? Girls Weekend: April 22 & 23, 2023 Boys Weekend: April 29 & 30, 2023 Who can apply to play at the Comstock Tournament? Teams affiliated with AYSO, USYSA, and US Club Soccer are welcome to apply. Unaffiliated teams may apply if they have independent insurance coverage, but please check with us first.

We apply for approval from all of the major youth soccer organizations -- please see the Sponsoring Organizations link in the Tournament section of the web site. Please read the Tournament Rules (under the Tournament menu choice) to make sure you understand check-in requirements for your affiliated organization. See our Tournament Rules and Regulations for more details Fees Payment: Entire entry fee must accompany tournament application and will be returned if application is not accepted. Fee must be paid via Credit Card (Preferred), or a single check (e-check preferred) issued from the Region/Organization account. If your team must pay by check, please reach out to us by responding to this email and we will enable that option for payment. Refunds: Teams withdrawing 30 days or more before the tournament will be issued a full refund. Teams withdrawing less than 30 days before the start of the tournament will only be issued a refund if a replacement team can be found.
