The Louisiana Presidents Cup is open to all LSA affiliated teams that played in LCSL Division 2 and Division 1 teams that are not in the top 4 (League Standing) for State Cup. Teams will be seeded according to their final LCSL results (D1 teams, then D2 teams based on league results). The top D3 team have the right to petition up to play in Presidents Cup, based on league results. There will be a Preliminary weekend and a Semi-Finals and Finals weekend. Group formats in each division will depend on the number of participating teams. The Preliminary weekend will be May 4th & 5th and the Finals weekend will be May 11th & 12th . Both events will held at Burbank Soccer Complex in Baton Rouge. The winner of each age / gender group in the Louisiana Presidents Cup in the 13U-19U age groups will become Louisiana Presidents Cup Winners and will advance to the Southern Presidents Cup. This is a "Stay to Play" event. Room blocks will be organized by LSA The 2024 US Youth Soccer Southern Presidents Cup takes place June 14th - 18th in Plano, TX.
