            Parking charge per accepted team:

• U8 = $30 per team
• U9 & U10 = $50 per team
• U11 & U12 = $70 per team
• U13 and up = $90 per team

As we have done in the past, once brackets are set and games are assigned, each team manager/coach will be sent an email outlining payment and receiving a PDF of the parking pass to share with team parents, friends, etc...

Items needed for Online Check In:

1) Copy of Official 2024 State Roster

2) Official State Travel Permit for all out of state Arkansas teams (not needed for US Club teams)

3) ORIGINAL State Official Laminated Photo Player Card PER Players/Coaches/Team Manager for 2023/24 Season

4) Club Pass is accepted (and recommended) if players are from same club

5) One signed 2024 Medical Release form for the team (please do not send all player medical releases)

6) Birth Certificates are not required for check-in. Must be available during tournament if asked to show player proof of age
