US Club Soccer Sanctioned Division 1 Tournament.                                                                                                                               APPLICATION INFORMATION & DEADLINE Applications are available on our website at http://www.gotsport.com/forms/app/?eventid=14358   Payment must be received with your application in order to be accep ted.  Tournament entry fee is $650 for all U12-U14 teams.  Entry fee will be refunded in full to any team not accep ted to the tournament.  Application deadline is December 1, 2010.    There will be no refunds of the tournament fee once a team has been accep ted into the tournament.   NUMBER OF PLAYERS U12 - U14 teams play with 11 players on the field. Maximum roster is 26. No more than 18 sui ted up for any one game   I would like to extend my gratitude to the City Palo Alto Parks & Recreation Department, Palo alto High School, Gunn High School,  MVLA Soccer Club, Juventus Soccer Club and Teddy Ciupitu for supporting our youth soccer players by providing turf fields for our tournament weekend.
