Casper Fall Classic - 17th Annual

       A tournament at the foothills of Casper Mountain, next to the beautiful Platte River.   The tournament will follow FIFA Laws of the Game, with modification from USYS recommendation for short sided games and the modification made in the tournament rules.  Any matters not provided for in the published rules shall be determined by the tournament committee and the decision will be final. No protest or appeals will be accepted or considered.  Ruling of the referee at the time of the game will be final.   Team representatives and coaches will be responsible for their supporters.  Spectators who create a disturbance will be asked to leave or may be escorted from the premises by a tournament official or civil authority.
