SOCCTOBERFEST  presented by FCYSL SOCCTOBERFEST RULES AND REGULATIONS-- PLEASE READ GotSoccer Tournament Registration TEAM CHECK-INS COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT 560 Scott Ave., Farmington, NM 87401           Team check-ins for local teams (Aztec, Bloomfield, Farmington & Kirtland) will be held on Thursday, October 22 at the FUSA office from 6:00-8:30PM          Team check-ins for out of town teams will be held on Friday, October 23, 2014,  6:00-9:00 pm at Courtyard Marriott.  FIELD LOCATIONS: FARMINGTON COMPLEX  Four Corners Youth Soccer League in Farmington, New Mexico invites you to participate in Socctoberfest 2014. Tournament will be held October 23-25 at the Farmington Soccer Complex. Come enjoy the beautiful Four Corners area where mountains majesty meet three rivers.  Socctoberfest is great way to finish the Fall 2014 season strong. Divisions/Format for Finals/Semi-Finals (Group Games will be shortened by 5 minutes per half): U10       6v6 25x2 U12       8v8               30x2 U14       11 v 11         35x2 Gold, Silver and Bronze brackets available. Three guest players maximum for each team accepted with roster size as follows: 12 for U10, 14 for U12, and 18 for U14. Birth date of oldest player determine age group, (i.e. oldest player for U14 is Aug 1, 1999). Awards for 1st and 2nd places. Costs: U10 $225 3 game minimum U12 $250 3 game minimum U14 $275 3 game minimum Application Process: * All applications must be submitted by October 12th, 2015.   * Payment must be received no later than October 17th for tournament acceptance.   * APPLY HERE! PAYMENTS CAN BE SENT TO FCYSL, PO Box 2496, Farmington, NM 87499.  All Registration Fees charged upon receipt. Teams will be notified by E-mail of acceptance within 1 weeks of receipt of Registration Fees and no later than October 17, 2015.  Refunds will not be given after a team is accepted. Any teams not accepted will receive a full refund. Any application submitted without appropriate fee is incomplete and will not be considered until the fee is received Registration deadline is October 12, 2015. Complete applications received after the entry deadline accepted on a space-available basis.            Host Hotel:           Courtyard by Marriott located at 560 Scott Ave., Farmington, NM 87401.            Teams will receive room rates of $94.00 (+tax) which will include breakfast.             When making reservations mention Socctoberfest for tournament rates, a block of rooms has been reserved.
