This competition for 2004 & Younger Birth Year Teams, will be used to determine the teams that will qualify for the Midwest Regional League (MRL) in 2017-2018 (U14. The fall season results will be used for seeding purposes for the Spring '17 2004 (U13) Illinois State Cup. THIS EVENT IS DESIGNED FOR THE MOST COMPETITIVE TEAMS IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
