Welcome to the 7th Annual Long Beach Invitational presented by FC Long Beach August 12-13, 2017 FC Long Beach is excited to host the 7th annual Long Beach Invitational. We have a new tournament team managing the event this year, and we welcome you to discover Long Beach’s urban waterfront, outstanding restaurants, and ideal summer weather. This is a Class I & Class III Tournament. For out-of-town teams, we have secured room blocks at several Long Beach Airport area hotels. Why Come to Long Beach:  Competitive flighting. No Friday night check-in - teams will check at field 1 hour before first game. Fields at Long Beach parks and schools. Tournament HQ at Heartwell Park.  Welcoming Long Beach volunteers. All teams will play a minimum of 3 games. Game lengths will be as follows: U9-U10 – 50 minute games, all games U11-U12 – 60 minute games, all games U13-U14 – 60 minute games, 70 minute finals U15-U16  – 60 minute games, 70 minute finals NO PETS ALLOWED ON ANY SCHOOL SITE. TEAMS ARE SUBJECT TO FORFEITING MATCHES AND TOURNAMENT FEES.
