PLAYER PASS CHECK, TOURNAMENT BOOKS AND REBATE CHECKS
IF your team is checking in electronically, you MUST bring your team’s USYSA Player Passes to the Tournament Headquarters no later than 30 minutes prior to your first game. Cards will be checked to the roster and guest player forms. Your team does not need to be present. At the same time if your team is receiving a rebate check it can be picked up along with your Tournament Books
Teams not checking in electronically
IN TOWN TEAMS - Wednesday, May 11, 2011, 6:30-9:00 pm at Sheraton Hotel Westport, 900 Westport Plaza, St. Louis 63146. In town teams must check in Wednesday night.
OUT OF TOWN TEAMS - Friday Night, May 13, and Saturday May 14, 2011 at the Tournament Headquarters near the concession stand a minimum of ONE hour prior to your first game.
Purchase Parking Passes (CLICK HERE)
There will be a $5.00 parking fee for the weekend at Sportport. Parking passes may be purchased by the team in advance online and at check-in. Each team will receive 2 free parking passes for coaches. Parking passes can be purchases online in the event store prior to the tournament.
