Houston Memorial Day Cup 2013 May 25-26th, 2013 Houston All games played at Katy Park & Bear Creek Ages U9-U11 Rec/PDF/Competitive; "New" U13, Current U13-U18 Rec/Competitive All Ages are open to both Girls and Boys teams   AHFC would like to thank all 322 teams that entered and participated in the Houston MDC 2013 event. All current u12's will play 11v11 in the "new u13" bracket. Please keep this in mind when signing up your u12 teams. When registering them, keep them as u12's and it'll automatically assign them to "new u13". Only put u13 if you wish to sign up to play an age up.   Deadline for entry - May 15th 2013 If your team requires a hotel during the event, you must use a tournament sanctioned hotel for accommodation. Please do not contact the hotels directly and follow booking instructions as given below. Field Lay-out maps Teams Accepted       Map of Fields and Host Hotels Rooming list Rules of Competition All brackets (except for 5 team round robin) will have a final game, based on the highest points total from the following:   Bracket of 4 teams - top 2 teams based on points tally Bracket of 5 teams - Round robin (4 games) winner with most points Bracket of 6 (3 team crossover) - top 2 teams based on points tally advance (NOT 1 team from each bracket of 3). 2 Brackets of 4 - top team from each bracket based on points tally.   Rulings on scoring and standings -   10 point system 6 for a win 3 for a tie 0 for loss 1 point per goal (up to 3) 1 point for the shut out (inc. 0-0 ties) Goals scored count upto 5 in anyone game   Tie Breakers in order: Head to head goal differential goals for goals against most wins PK Shootout Follow us on Twitter! @AHFCtournaments Wish to sponsor the event?
