2014 NYS Empire Cup - Capital District Youth Soccer League

NYS Empire Cup  June 28 and 29, 2013 The Capital District Youth Soccer League invites your participation in a high level competition for ODP, Select, and Premier teams. Our area is one of the fastest growing regions in the country for youth soccer, having recently produced nationally competitive teams, national youth team players and state high school championships. Locations: DiCaprio Park, Guilderland NY (click for directions) Maalwyck Park, Scotia, NY (click here for directions) Directions - Maalwyck to DiCaprio Park Age Groups and Eligibility: U10 (6v6) $500 U11 and U12 (8v8) $650 U13 thru U15 (11v11) $700 Evening registration: Albany Marriott Friday, June 27, 2014 Time 5:30 - 7:30PM. Or at assigned tournament location prior to first game if not checked in Friday evening. Teams that do not register Friday evening at the Marriott should allow 60 minutes prior to their first game to register. Ø  All teams must present the following paperwork at registration and at game check in: o   An official copy of the team roster or travel roster.  Rosters will be verified, approved and stamped by the Empire Cup Tournament committee at registration for use at assigned tournament locations. o   Current Player/Coaching passes verified and laminated with photo attached o   Permission to travel (if necessary) o   Medical Release Forms
