Hurst United Turkey Shoot XXI

Dear Hurst United Turkey Shoot Participants: Our refund policy is outlined in our tournament rules, but because this is the second time we’ve been required to cancel due to weather conditions we want to do better than we originally outlined. If you did not play any games, you will receive a 100% refund. If you played one game, you will receive a 50% refund. If you played two or more games, no refund will be given. If you forfeited a game, that game counts against your games played. Every refund will be by check from Hurst United. If you paid by check or money order, the check will go back to the original sender. If you paid by credit card, your check will be mailed to the person whose card was used. You will also be refunded back the credit card transaction fee, regardless of what our rules state. All refunds will be issued within 30 days. If you have not received a refund by December 22, 2014, please email our treasurer, Shea Brown, at husatreasurer@gmail.com. Because all teams were unable to complete their pool games we will be unable to compute standings and there is no fair way to award trophies. We are genuinely saddened that we could not finish playing this year but hope that you will join us again in the future.   Thanks, Wendy Powell
