31st Annual EMSSC Labor Day Shootout Tournament The East Moline Silvis Soccer Club is proud to announce the 31st Annual EMSSC Labor Day Shootout Soccer Tournament scheduled for Labor Day Weekend, September 2nd through September 5th, 2016 Boys divisions will be U9–U14. Girls divisions will be U9–U18 All divisions receive awards for 1st - 2nd Place! All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games (Weather Permitting).
