This event is an in-state only event for 2002 (15U) girls teams for the Spring 2017 season. Teams are allowed to use younger players for this event that a registered to their club. NO OUTSIDE GUEST PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED. Players that compete in this event are STILL eligible to compete in the Illinois State Cup and Presidents Cup. Players that played in the State Cup or Presidents Cup in Fall 2016 are also eligible to compete in this event
