Spring 2018 Illinois Cup

The Illinois Cup is a state championship tournament open to Illinois Youth Soccer member travel and high-level rec teams. This competition is designed for (unless otherwise noted) 3rd-Level teams and below or teams impacted by the US Soccer age group change. This in-state only tournament will follow a similar format as the other Cup competition (State & Presidents). In Spring 2018 the Illinois Cup will offered in the following age groups: 2003 (13U) Boys & Girls 2004 (14U) Boys & Girls 2003 (15U) Girls - OPEN TO ANY ILLINOIS YOUTH SOCCER REGISTERED TEAM 2003 (15U) Boys 2002 (16U) Boys 2001 (17U) Boys 2000 (18U) Boys 1999 (19U) Boys Illinois Youth Soccer will check with member leagues to verify that teams that apply fit the playing-level criteria. Unless otherwise noted, Teams or players that play in the following are NOT eligible for the Spring Illinois Cup: -A or A/B Division of the Illinois Women’s Soccer League (IWSL). Open Division teams must have played in C Division or below the previous season to be considered. -1st or 2nd Division of the Young Sportsmen’s Soccer League (YSSL) -Major Club Division of CIYSL North -Platinum Division of Central Illinois Youth Soccer League (CIYSL) -Platinum Division of St Louis Youth Soccer Association Illinois (SLYSA) -Team that finished in the Top 2 of their Illowa Division the preceding season. -Midwest Regional League (MRL) -Illinois State Cup -Illinois Presidents Cup -State Premiership Division
