Co-hosted by Hunter Soccer Club and Upper Dublin Soccer Club, two of the oldest and strongest youth soccer clubs in the tri-state area with shared history and a history of collaboration, this year's tournament will remain an accessible tournament for teams of all levels and THE destination Columbus Day weekend travel soccer tournament in the Greater Philadelphia area. Host Clubs: Hunter Soccer Club & Upper Dublin Soccer Club Dates: Columbus Weekend, October 7-8, 2017 Locations: Matches played in/around Abington and Upper Dublin Townships Sanctioning: Eastern PA Youth Soccer Gotsoccer: This is a Gotsoccer tournament. 2017 APPLIED TEAMS LIST Ages: Boys & Girls, U8-U18 The Tournament Director reserves the right to place teams in divisions of play at their sole discretion. Further, we reserve the right to combine levels of play, or age groups, in an effort to offer all teams the ability to participate. Each team must present a stamped USYS affiliated roster, valid player passes and signed medical release forms for all players participating in the tournament. US Club Soccer passes will be accepted and foreign teams are welcome. Roster Size Limit for Teams: U8-U10 teams: 14 players U11-U12 teams: 16 players U13-U18 teams: 18 players Teams with 22 player USYS/US Club Soccer rosters may dress 18 players for each match. Tournament Teams: Tournament and Academy teams are welcome. Guest Players: Each team may roster up to 5 guest players with a valid player pass but cannot exceed the roster size limit. PLEASE NOTE: No player may play for more than one team in the tournament for the duration of the event Format: 7v7 will play 3 guaranteed group-play matches. Each match will last 50 minutes. 9v9 will play 3 guaranteed group-play matches. Each match will last 60 minutes. 11v11 will play 3 guaranteed group-play matches. Each match will last 80 minutes. ยท At the conclusion of group-play each division will have a championship playoff match, resulting in Champion and Finalist awards. USSF referees will officiate all games and games will be played rain or shine unless otherwise indicated. Insurance: All teams are responsible for their own insurance. In the event of an accident or injury while in transit to or from, or while participating in the tournament, the tournament organizers will not be liable. Entry Fee: 7v7 & 9v9- $500 11v11- $575 Cancellation Insurance: Tournament cancellation insurance is included in tournament fee. Cancellation Policy: 40% Refund - if one day canceled 90% Refund - if both days canceled Refund Policy: No refunds after September 15, 2017! Force Majeure: A party shall not be held liable for failure of or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is the result of an act of God, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service. The non-performing party must make every reasonable attempt to minimize delay of performance.
