Dawg Daze 2019 - REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!   This is a US Club Sanctioned Event. Tournament Details - Tournament will be held at Ben Geren Regional Park Soccer Complex located at 7200 S. Zero St. Fort Smith AR. The tournament is open to boys and girls teams from U9-U18.  Guaranteed 3 games for brackets w/ 4 or more teams. Championship games for U11 & above.  Medals will be given to the 1st and 2nd place winners. When: August 24th & 25th 2019 Where: Fort Smith, AR (Ben Geren Regional Park Soccer Fields ) Entry Fees: There is a $10.00 entry fee on Saturday for each vehicle entering the park which will be honored all weekend.  CASH ONLY. Rules of Play RULES OF PLAY except as otherwise provided herein, the rules of USYS, US Club and FIFA "Laws of the Game" shall govern this tournament. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ONCE TEAMS HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE IN THE TOURNAMENT. ELIGIBILITY   AGE: The age groups for this tournament shall be in accordance with the US Club             and/or USYS age groups for the current seasonal year. Divisions for single age             years will be implemented if there are enough entries as determined by the             tournament committee.                           REGISTRATION: All players must be currently registered with their respective USSF             National Affiliate. Travel forms are required based on your national affiliation requirements. TEAM ACCEPTANCES: In the event the tournament is a sell out, teams will be accepted using the following criteria.   *Date of application & payment status *Travel accommodation status *Geographic balance *Club affiliation TOURNAMENT PARTICIPANTS: All teams must abide by the US Club Soccer policies rules and regulations and are subject to their disciplinary actions. All teams wishing to participate in the tournament that are not USYS or US Club members will will be required to provide proof of medical and liability insurance. TEAM ROSTERS Rosters shall consist of the following: 11v11 - teams shall not have more than 18 rostered players 9v9 - teams shall not have more than 16 rostered players 7v7 - teams shall not have more than 14 rostered players GUEST PLAYERS: A maximum of (5) guest players allowed for all age groups. Players MAY BE dual rostered if they are in different divisions. PROOF OF AGE: All players and coaches must have current USSF National affiliation player ID cards. (except U7-U10) TEAM CREDENTIALS/CHECK-IN ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING AVAILABLE AT CHECK-IN:   · Official Rosters · National Affiliation Player ID Cards (except for U7-U10) · Travel Documents, if required · Guest Player Forms, if your state association requires them · Medical Release Forms (do not need to be notarized) HOW TO CHECK-IN TEAMS:  ON-LINE CHECK-IN -  will be available August 20th-22nd and will be strictly closed by 5:00pm on August 22nd. ON-SITE CHECK-IN -  will be held from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, August 23, 2019 @  Homewood Suites 7300 Phoenix Avenue Fort Smith, AR Classic teams will need to bring the following to on-site check-in on Friday August 23rd from 6:00pm-8:00pm: Copy of State Approved Roster (5 copies, 1 for us, 4 for games) Birth Certificates (Oklahoma exempt) and Medical Releases should be on hand Player Cards Travel Permit (if applicable)  Guest Player Forms (if applicable) Academy teams will need to bring the following: State Approved Special Events Roster, or  State Issued Roster with non-playing player names marked out   Travel Permit (if applicable) “This tournament is unrestricted.
