2020 Florida St. Paddy's Day Invitational

Teams, In these times of uncertainty, we want you to know that the safety and health of our teams, players, families, and essential staff are always a top priority. We understand that with the rapidly changing updates on travel restrictions and canceled or postponed public events, people are in different places when it comes to doing what is best for them and their families. We cannot stress enough that we believe in responsible and safe travel for all.   This situation is unfamiliar to most and the event is following closing the actions and guidelines set by the United States Government, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, local city health departments, and the cancellations of large gatherings, sports events around the United States, and the state of Florida.  The event has discussed with the all entities involved with the St. Paddy’s Day Invitational and because of the "rapidly changing landscape regarding COVID-19,'' it has been determined at this time to cancel the St. Paddy’s Day Invitational. The event believes that this gives teams, players, families, and other essential staff enough time to change travel plans to ensure safety for all.  Teams who have made hotel reservations will be released from their hotel reservations. Teams do not need to contact our housing group as it will be handled by directly by them to the hotels.  The Tournament Committee will meet over the next few days and will be in touch with all teams next week to discuss refunds and discounts to future events.  We regret the inconvenience and disappointment this decision has caused but at this time being too careful cannot be understated as safety is our concern for the teams, players, families and essential staff.  Thank you, Tournament Staff
