39th ANNUAL 2020 JACOBS CLASSIC Accepted Teams List Click Below: Click Here  TOURNAMENT RULES SCHEDULE 2020 Jacobs Classic – Kino Fields Layout  CHECK-IN In town teams tournament check-in is on Wednesday, Feb.12 , between 6 and 9 pm,  at the Jacobs Park YMCA, westside side of Fairview just south of Prince Rd.   Out of town teams may check in at the field they are scheduled for their first game no less than 1 hour before the scheduled game time.  The following information will be needed to Check-in your teams: • Official Roster (AYSO teams need to have RC signature)  • Loan Player forms for all players being borrowed from another club (not needed if within the same club)  • Player Applications and Medical Release forms  • Medical Release forms must have original signatures.   • AYSO teams your Player Applications must have original signatures by the medical release form section. • Player Cards • Player cards must have player photos.  • AYSO teams need to have RC signature on the player cards  • Coaches and Managers need to have player cards with Photos  • NO BIRTH CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED  • Please ensure that the player applications, rosters, and player cards have correct information.  • Please have your player applications and player cards in alphabetical order for a quicker check-in process.
