Tournament Update as of 6:45 PM, Saturday, August 29:    With heavy rains on Friday evening into Saturday morning, and several additional isolated storm cells that hit throughout the morning, the water became too much for the Tuckahoe Turf Farms facility. Flooded parking, roads, and saturated fields caused an inevitable cancellation of all 11:00 AM and remaining afternoon games.   EDP Soccer apologies for any inconveniences caused by today’s weather system. We did our best in attempting to manage the weather and provide your teams with the greatest opportunity to compete.    EDP Soccer’s operations staff have been working hard to bring the fields back to playable condition, and our scheduling staff has been diligently revising the schedule to provide all teams and groups with as many minutes as possible on Sunday. This process has been particularly challenging to ensure we maintain our safety protocols through staggered team and field groupings. The revised Sunday schedule is now posted.
