Due to the various club closures, many games scheduled for this weekend (March 14-15) have been marked as postponed. The tournament committee is meeting to determine the remaining schedule. The Florida Cup is US Club Soccer’s state championship event for U-11 through U-19 boys and girls age groups. The application is now CLOSED. The Florida Cup is going into its 16th year and has continually grown with more and more success each year. With U13 through U18/19 teams qualifying for the National Cup, teams desire to participate in this high level championship series. The rules for Florida Cup 2020 can be found on the Florida Premiership site The date and location of the 2020 Championship matches will be Semi-Finals & Finals: May 9 & 10, 2020 Location: Viera Regional Park 2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Melbourne, FL 32940 Game cards, to be completed by each team and turned in at the conclusion of each game with a copy of each teams' official roster, are available at: Game Report/Card Game cards and rosters for preliminary games are to be emailed to FloridaCup@FloridaPremiership.org within 24 hours of the game. FORMAT: All ages play single-elimination with all games prior to the semifinals to be hosted by the higher seeds in each pairing as determined by a seeding committee. If a team defeats a team with a higher seeding, they take over that team's seeding. Games will be scheduled by participating teams. Tournament fees include a team fee of $275 for U11-U12 and $295 for U13 through U18/19. Referee fees will paid by the home team . ENTRY DEADLINE: January 13, 2020 Schedule for Florida Cup 2020 - The schedule for the first rounds through the semi-finals are determined by the teams themselves within parameters established by the tournament. Winning teams in the U-13 through U-18/19 age groups qualify for the National Cup 2020 National Cup XVII, the 18th edition of the competition, took place in the summer of 2019. Winning teams from National Cup XVII Regionals and qualifying state cups in 13-U through 18/19-U age groups (birth years: 2006s, 2005s, 2004s, 2003s, 2002, and 2000/01s) advanced to the National Cup XVIII Finals, where the national championships were awarded.
