WELCOME TO US YOUTH SOCCER IDAHO STATE CUP 2022 Simplot Sports Complex May 27-30 SUBSTITUTION RULE & SIDELINE LAYOUT REMINDER U-13 and U-14 All games: either team can substitute on any stoppage regardless of possession. Substitutions will be unlimited and at the referees discretion. Age U-15 to U-19 No re-entry per half. Substitutions will be allowed on any stoppage regardless of possession. All substitutions may be made with the referee’s permission at any stoppage of play. In games where overtime is required there will be re-entry to begin the overtime, but no re-entry once overtime begins.
