2023 Mountain State Cup - Now in GotSport

Welcome to the official website of the 2023 Mountain State Cup, formerly known as the Friends of Coal Cup. This will be the 5th annual event for this 100+ team tournament! In year’s past we’ve welcomed teams from WV, VA, KY, OH, PA, and NC. The tournament will be held on November 17-19, 2023 at the beautiful Shawnee Sports Complex. The games will be played on the facility’s 127 acre complex featuring six collegiate size FieldTurf fields, complete with state-of-the-art Musco lighting. Each team will be guaranteed 3 games over the course of the weekend. The event is opened to travel and recreational teams and teams registered either US Youth or US Club.
