The South Texas NCS State Cup, part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series, is the highest level of competition in the South Texas Spring Cup Series. It is an open entry competition for top Division I teams. Top Division I teams are typically defined as teams playing in the National League, Frontier Conference, or SCL.
