The Richmond Strikers have been hosting the Jefferson Cup for 40+ years. This tournament has become associated with other top tournaments such as the Dallas Cup and the Surf Cup as one of the premier North American tournaments in the country. The Jefferson Cup features some of the top natural grass field complexes in the country and is played across several large facilities enhancing the overall tournament experience. This includes the natural grass facilities of VACU Fields at Striker Park and West Creek Soccer Complex, which just hosted the ECNL National Finals. Each year the tournament draws in State, Regional, and National Champions across the nation from the ECNL, USYS, MLS Next, and GA National and Regional Leagues.
