Spring Cup - Warm Up

Welcome to the 3rd Annual AHFC Spring Cup & Girls College Showcase We are looking forward to another year of great soccer with teams from across South Texas and the surrounding areas.  As always, our goal is to provide a first class experience for players, teams, clubs and parents. We aim to supply an adequate level of competition within a pre-season warm up environment.   All games will be played at both Katy Park and Dyess Park locations over the weekend of February 4th & 5th, 2012.     AHFC SPRING WARM UP CUP U11 – U14 BOYS & GIRLS Again, please let me stress our sincere apologize on the weather stricken event this past weekend. Post weather forecasts have indicated that over 4.5" of rain fell over the Katy area on Friday and Saturday alone. Hopefully next year, we will have better cooperation from Mother Nature!   I totally understand the need for refunds and please understand that we are working diligently to re-issue those refunds. We are currently awaiting the final accounting update before we can start to issue the refunds. Our intension at this point is to reimburse each team between 75-85% of the total fee paid. This is due to administrative costs that are incurred pre-tournament and to help cover over heads to help set up the event. We are totally aware that this is a delicate matter and we will be re-issuing the refunds over the next 2 weeks, once we have settled on the percentage of return. I will send out further updates as they come around. Again, I thank you in advance for your patience on the matter and we hope to see you at future AHFC events.
