Important Update as of 5/19/2018 at 6:15am CST Welcome to the first full day of the Illinois Fire Juniors Spring Shootout tournament. It looks like we will have great weather today and wish all teams the best of luck.  With the potential for rain and thunderstorms tomorrow (Sunday 5/20) we strongly encourage all managers, coaches, players, and attendees to subscribe to the Spring Shootout text message service. Simply text SHOOTOUT to 41411, after receiving a response ensure that you replay with a "Y" to accept and finalize your subscription. After the tournament simply text the word STOP to remove yourself from the service. In addition the same and more detailed information will be available on the Spring Shootout tournament mobile website. Illinois Fire Juniors (formely Illinois Fusion) is looking forward to hosting your team for our Annual Spring Shootout Tournament to be played in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois. This will be our thirteenth annual event and our first as Illinois Fire Juniors. We are an official affiliate of Chicago Fire.  Teams from around the Midwest will compete in one of the area's finest tournaments. We average around 160 teams per year at our tournament 5/16/2018 U17 & U19 Boys schedules have been reworked, due to a couple of teams dropping from the tournament. There have been some small field change tweaks because of this in other age groups. Please check your schedule.  Team Check-In In order to play, your team’s player cards need to be checked against the roster and zip tied.  This can be done at one of the following times and locations: - Friday night 5/18 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm at the Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel, 320 S. Towanda Ave., Normal, IL - Saturday morning 5/19 from 7:15a to 11:00a in the Illinois Fire tent by the shed at the Community Fields complex. - Saturday morning 5/19 at least 1 hour prior to your game at Sale Barn fields (ONLY IF YOUR FIRST GAME OF THE TOURNAMENT IS AT THIS SITE.) Coaches are also required to check in their teams with team cards at least 30 minutes prior to each game at the assigned field marshal tent.
